Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the delivery of our services. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project timelines. Clients are also responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for content, images, or any other materials provided to us for use in marketing campaigns.
Payments and Invoicing
Payments for our services are outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to the client. Invoices are due within the specified timeframe. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services. All charges are non-refundable.
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the engagement confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by the other party.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
Brand 2 Grand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those services.
